In consideration of receiving a completed film described in the Policy, the Nonprofit agrees to allow
UNCW’s student workers and employees access and assistance to create the film. This project provides a
learning opportunity for the students and an opportunity to advance knowledge transfer of the work done
by nonprofits to the community and region as a part of the university’s and Dr. Jeffrey Brudney’s outreach
and engagement mission. I acknowledge that UNCW shall own all rights to the work produced.
