Henrik Oleson
Group Managing Director
Henrik Oleson has been with Caljan Rite-Hite for more than eight years as the
international leader of the company. With an extensive background in capital equipment
manufacturing, Henrik has brought a broad knowledge of the material handling world
with him, ensuring that Caljan Rite-Hite focuses not only on growth, but quality products
and services for our customers.
In his spare time, Henrik enjoys running and playing tennis. He is also an avid music fan.
mARK rEHDER
VICE PRESIDENT AND GENERAL MANAGER
Mark Rehder has been with Caljan Rite-Hite at the US Headquarters in Denver, CO for
four years. Mark leads the US group as the Vice President and General Manager after
almost 20 years in the manufacturing industry. In this role, Mark has not only domestic
duties, but focuses on the international market as well, specifically South America.
When Mark is not at the office, he enjoys playing a round of golf or a game of
racquetball, spending time with his family and attending concerts with his wife.
Lester Paul
VICE PRESIDENT of Sales
Lester Paul is a 25 year veteran in the material handling industry covering global account
management and new product development and has been associated with Rite-Hite
since 1982. Today, as the Vice President of Sales for Caljan Rite-Hite, Lester works with
the parcel industry to ensure that Caljan Rite-Hite provides the right solutions for their
applications.

Ward Wojciehowski
National Account Manager
Ward Wojciehowski has been in the Rite-Hite Family since 1986. He started in direct sales
in Indianapolis, IN. Ward worked his way into a regional management role and is now at
Rite-Hite corporate office where he serves the National Account Manager for Caljan RiteHite.
Ward resides in Port Washington, WI with his wife Tami and their four children.

account manager -- midwest regional office
Tina Hogel is responsible for developing the manufacturer and integrator relationships in the
US market. Currently, she is heading the Midwest Regional Office in Cincinnati, Ohio.
With almost 14 years of experience in the automated material handling industry, her
strengths are in high speed distribution utilizing large automated conveyor and sortation
systems. She is an expert in building and maintaining customer relationships throughout the
material handling industry.
When Tina is not in the office or making sales calls, she is on the field as an avid girls
softball coach and fan.

engineering manager
Joe Schaan has been with Caljan Rite-Hite for over five years. With expertise in mechanical
engineering, Joe works with many of our clients to ensure that the solution we provide is the
best for their application.
Over the years, Joe has standardized practices in the engineering department, ensuring
smooth and efficient project flow from the time an order confirmation is initiated to
subsequent after sales and service.

logistics manager
Troy Livermont has over 11 years with Caljan Rite-Hite. With extensive knowledge of the
material handling industry, Troy’s organizational skills and warehouse management make him
an integral part of our everyday success.
In addition to ensuring quality logistic management at Caljan Rite-Hite, Troy is the statistician
for his son’s little league baseball team, which won the World Series for their division in the
summer of 2008.

service manager
Alan Pawley serves as the Service Manager, in the Denver plant, where he oversees after
sales, customer service and technical support. Alan has over 20 years of experience in
service management and has provided service management expertise for a variety of
service organizations.
Alan’s objective for the service center of Caljan Rite-Hite is to ensure excellent customer
service and follow-through. In addition, he believes a healthy service organization is one
that ensures sound training for technicians and staff as well as provides the technical support
and preventative maintenance for optimal customer satisfaction.
Steve Olson
Production Manager
Steve Olson has been with Caljan Rite-Hite for over seven years serving in a multitude of job
functions. Today, Steve is an accomplished Production Manager who ensures that all of our
machines are not only built to customer specifications, but built efficiently and with quality in
mind.
