ASRS - Perfect Pick™ A new, energy efficient solution for goods-to-person picking & stocking of totes or trays at the same time. iBOTs™ (mobile robots) have access to 100% of the inventory. 5. Spirals Spiral vertical conveyors are designed to continusously convey both large and small products vertically without jamming, sliding, or tumbling. 3. Pallet Conveyors These robust, reliable, and highquality conveyors automate the movements of both empty pallets and full pallets. 6. Case Conveyors This extremely robust conveyor design transports cases or trays of product throughout manufacturing and production facilities. 2 Pallet Conveyor Pallet conveyors automate the movements of both empty pallets (fast moving) and full pallets (slow moving). Robots High-speed pick and place robots take product from one location to another with pinpoint accuracy. Stretch Wrapper Full pallets ready for storage or shipping are accepted onto the stretch wrapper envelope. The wrapping media attached to the load then wraps around it. Extendable Conveyor A versatile piece of equipment, this conveyor can expand up to 4 times its retracted size to fit into different areas of a facility. Sortation An ideal solution for separating products from in-feed conveyor lines to shipping lanes, palletizing operations, packing stations and other sortation applications. 3 Solutions We Offer A material handling system can be as simple or complex as your operations require. That is why we work with you to find the best solution for your business. Each system is customized to your needs, allowing you to increase productivity, reduce labor costs, and grow your business. Take a look at just a few of the options available. Racks Standard or custom rack designs can be created depending on your system requirements and storage needs. Automated Storage & Retrieval (AS/RS) Taking less space and inducing no human error, AS/RS systems are appropriate for moving high volumes of inventory in and out of distribution/manufacturing centers. Carousels These automated storage and retrieval devices use a series of shelving units mounted on a closed-loop track. The shelves rotate to bring items to the operator. Picking Technologies Pick to Light, Put to Light, Pick to Display, Voice Picking and RF Handheld are commonly used to achieve greater operational picking efficiencies. Pick Modules Pick modules are single story or multi-level rack structures to store inventory and pick items for order fulfillment. 4 Supply Chain Software & Automation Our Exacta software suite includes a warehouse management system, a warehouse control system, and an order management system, providing a unique end-to-end supply chain solution. Sortation Shoe Sorter. Shoe sortation provides a very soft, positive divert at rates up to 220 cartons per minute. Shoe sorters can be used in applications where there is a wide variety of product sizes, shapes, and weights being sorted. Sorters are the ideal solution for separating products from in-feed conveyor lines to shipping lanes, palletizing operations, packing stations, and other sortation applications. Pusher. High speed pusher sorters are used to sort items difficult to convey due to their irregular shapes. High speed pneumatic pushers can divert 120 items per minute and at a right angle onto chutes on close center lines. Cross Belt. Cross Belt sorters are used to sort parcels, apparel, and small items at high speed as well as fragile or high friction items. Advantages include tight divert centers and sortation rates in excess of 500 cartons per minute. Tilt Tray. Tilt Tray sortation will simultaneously sort irregularly shaped products from small lightweight polybags to larger packages weighing up to 34 kg. It works best when the items are able to slip or flow off the tray by gravity. Activated Roller Belt. Activated Roller Belt (ARB) is a modular plastic conveyor belt that enables quick and precise package handling processes such as sorting, merging, case aligning and turning, as well as product singulation. Narrow Belt. The Narrow Belt sorter is designed with multiple narrow belts to transport product. High-friction divert wheels rise up between the belts to accurately divert product at a 30 to 90 degree angle at a rate of 100 cartons per minute. 6 Our Global Offices United States Indianapolis, Indiana (Corporate HQ) Bakersfield, California Los Angeles, California Atlanta, Georgia Boca Raton, Florida Greenfield, Indiana Evansville, Indiana Fort Wayne, Indiana Lexington, Kentucky Louisville, Kentucky Baltimore, Maryland Detroit, Michigan Grand Rapids, Michigan St. Louis, Missouri Cincinnati, Ohio Sydney, Australia Sao Paulo, Brazil Toronto, Canada Bangalore, India Doha, Qatar Riyadh, Saudi Arabia San Luis Potosi, Mexico To view contact information for each office, please visit www.bastiansolutions.com/about-us/locations or send us an email at info@bastiansolutions.com.
