Consulted regularly with a team of physical and occupational therapists as well as special instructors to provide a transdisciplinary model of intervention. Treatment with pediatric populations often involved medically complex clients and their families and consisted of the following: infant and pediatric feeding/swallowing, early speech and language development, preliteracy skills, articulation, and social/pragmatic abilities, and parent/family education and training regarding the above. Treatment with adult populations primarily consisted of Alternative Augmentative Communication (AAC) training and implementation with clients and their support providers.
