National Student Survey 2015 Main Headlines
Main matters to note:
UCL's Overall Satisfaction score is 83%, 3% down on 2014
The sector average (i.e. all HEIs) is 86%, the same as 2014
UCL has improved in Learning Resources (+1)
UCL has declined in Teaching (-1), Assessment and Feedback (-1) and Academic Support (-1)
UCL scores have remained the same for Organisation and Management and Personal Development
The sector average has remained static in all areas except Assessment and Feedback (+1), Academic Support (+1) and Personal Development (+1)
UCL has performed poorly this session and the results are especially disappointing when compared to the sector

At least 10 responses and a 50% response rate are required for the NSS data to be published.
