Description: Strategic enrolment management is a framework for aligning strategies and approaches to ensure the institution, as well as
colleges and schools, reach their goals in terms of type, quality and mix of students.

Expected Outcomes for Project:
(1) A strategic enrolment management plan for the institution for 2012-2016, including goals and strategies
(2) Building of capacity on campus for this type of planning
