AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING

Audit Services RFP
 Ms. Gilbert presented the responses to the Audit Services RFP for the years ending December
31, 2010, 2010, and 2011 that was sent out to area firms.
 The results were as follows: One firm replied that they are not accepting new audit clients;
eight (8) firms did not reply; and three (3) firms replied as follows:

After reviewing the results, Mr. Greenwood moved to accept Hooper and Van House, CPAs
as auditor for the aforementioned period of time; seconded by Mr. McMahon, the firm was
accepted unanimously.
