The meeting began at 3:04 p.m. with Mr. Hooper stating that in the past the SLCLDC did not
require an audit only a review. Since they were now considered a public authority, an audit of the
SLCLDC financials was now required. Mr. Smith commented that as a rule in an audit they
compare the last two years, but this year would be a “split” since a review was done in 2008.
Mr. Hooper reported that the audit would begin on January 19, 2010 and last until January 22,
2010.
