ACCEPTING 2010 CORPORATION AUDIT
WHEREAS, the St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency Civic Development
Corporation appointed Pinto, Mucenski, Hooper, VanHouse & Co. as it independent audit firm for
the years 2010 and 2011, and
WHEREAS, the firm has prepared and provided the following report (attached):

Financial Statements
December 31, 2010
, and
WHEREAS, the Corporation’s Audit & Finance Committee has reviewed said document
and recommends its acceptance by the Corporation,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the St. Lawrence County Industrial
Development Agency Civic Development Corporation accepts said report, and directs staff to remit
payment to Pinto, Mucenski, Hooper, VanHouse & Co. in accordance with the terms set forth in
IDACDC Resolution 10-10-20, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Corporation shall cause this report to be
forwarded to:
 St. Lawrence County Treasurer
 St. Lawrence County Legislative Chairman
 New York State Office of the Comptroller
 New York State Authorities Budget Office
