This 4-runway custom designed LOUDEN crane
system is equipped with inverter control on all
motions. Utilizing the multiple runway design allows
complete floor coverage with a 200 ft crane span.
Continental Air wanted to keep the height of their
building a low as possible to control costs.
Therefore, by using the multiple runway crane
design we were able to use a smaller bridge beam
on the crane and still meet Continental’s capacity
requirements; thus maintaining Continental’s
building requirements.
