Client Expectations Agreement Client Agreement Organization Name The organization agrees to commit the required time, personnel and resources to achieve the agreed upon outcomes of the Coaching Plan that will be developed between organization staff and the QENO coach. If, at any time during the coaching assignment, the organization is not committing the required time, personnel and resources to achieve the outcomes, the assignment and granted coaching hours may be terminated by the QENO Director. The organization also agrees to be open and honest in communication with the QENO coach, to provide requested documents in a timely manner and to report on the progress on achievement of goals. If, at any time during the coaching assignment, the QENO coach feels the organization is not being open and honest in communication, the assignment and granted coaching hours may be terminated by the QENO Director. The organization understands that the confidential nature of information shared with the QENO Coach will be respected. However, it is also understood that QENO will receive a summary report from the QENO Coach on the execution of the coaching plan. To ensure optimal success with the coaching assignment, the Board of Directors and Executive Director must both agree to the coaching. This will increase the likelihood that goals are met and improve coaching efficiency and effectiveness.
