Becoming an Actuary, how do I
get started at UNCW?

Abstract: Actuary has been consistently ranked as one of best jobs in
the last decade, while at the same time Actuary exams are very
challenging to pass. Brandon Gerringer will give us a presentation about
how he prepared his Actuary exams when he was a student at UNCW.
The presentation includes what courses to take, recommended majors
and/or minors, study material, and most importantly, his personal
experience of the entire preparation process. The presentation is open
to any students at UNCW who are curious about or interested in
becoming an Actuary.
