LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Registrants will:
Day 1
* Identify the leads of the standard 12 Lead
ECG
* Define the anatomical position for the
placement of chest and limb leads
* Determine which portion of the heart
each lead "sees"
* Recognize ECG changes for myocardial
ischemia, injury and infarction
Day 2
* Differentiate right bundle block from left
bundle branch block
* Identify normal and abnormal axis
deviations on a 12 lead ECG
* Identify left and right ventricular
hypertrophy
* Diagnose supraventricular and ventricular
tachyarrhythmias
* Identify electrolyte and drug effects
