impact is that the individual receives a contract
subject to satisfactory clearance and cannot start
until their paperwork is complete.

This is being addressed.

HR and Management Systems are working together
to resolve this.
Communication of
rejections or queries
This has been resolved and will be better
automated in the next release of SiP
Start dates not known
Next release of SiP will contain a tick box to indicate
start date to be agreed. Always use departmental
or discretionary codes until start date known.
