POWER
POWER Plus Eligibility
POWER Plus is a Dublin City School
District program option for those
students with disabilities who have met
all secondary academic requirements,
completed four years of high school,
and desire postsecondary job training.
The program is application based with a
program fee.

Program Description
POWER Plus is a community based
postsecondary job training program for
young adult students with disabilities.
POWER Plus works with a student’s
employability and life skills to customize
a program of transition and growth
through job training and related
experiences.

and self-advocacy needs of the students

partners to facilitate positive, supportive,
and productive partnerships. Through
