TED - TED is a nonprofit devoted to Ideas Worth Spreading. It started out (in 1984) as a

Physical Health
Be Smart Be Well - Be Smart. Be Well. is an award-winning website that delivers life-story
videos, expert interviews and in-depth articles on a variety of important health topics. In
collaboration with the nation’s leading health organizations, we produce medically reviewed
content that’s made available through our website, e-newsletter and e-news alerts, as well as
our Facebook, Twitter and YouTube channels.
Dental Hygiene Clinic - Dental Hygiene Students offer preventative services, i.e., x-rays,
cleanings, fluoride treatments and whitening, in the Dental Hygiene Clinic located in the
Health and Sciences Building (HSC), Room 122. For further information or to schedule an
appointment, please call (630) 942-3250.
Ultrasounds - The Sonography program at College of DuPage is open to women at any point
in their pregnancies who would like to receive an ultrasound from sonography students at the
College. As "payment" for their time, patient volunteers receive a free "first photo" of their
baby to take home with them.
Family members and friends are invited to the procedure, which takes place under the direct
supervision of several registered technologists. Before volunteering, patients are requested to
obtain verbal approval, as well as a screening ultrasound, from their doctors. The student
ultrasounds are not diagnostic exams. Instead, this program provides a relaxed, hands-on
opportunity for students to learn, as well as a great opportunity for expectant mothers (and
their families) to participate in one of life's most miraculous moments.

successful career. You can start with the free tools, and subscribe to the free eNewsletter.
MyFitnessPal - MyFitnessPal is a diet and fitness community that provides free access to the
world’s largest calorie and nutrition guide, with an app that helps participants track their food
intake and activity each day.
