Setting Up Your iPad (or other iOS device) to Access Dublin
WebDav
New to Dublin City Schools this year is the ability to access your documents
saved on the server (MyDublinCloud) outside of the four walls of the classroom.
This means that you can access your files anywhere, anytime and on any device.
This handout will cover the set up for iPads and other iOS devices.
1. Go to any iWorks application
(Pages, Keynote, Numbers).
Create a document and click on
the Wrench (Tools). From that
menu and click on Share and
Print.
2. Choose Copy to WebDAV.
3. Input the information about
the servers. The server address is
https://webdav.dublinschools.net
The username is
GradyearLastname_Firstname
(19smith_james). The password is
your ID number.
4. Choose what kind of format
you would like your document
saved as. You can save it as an
iWorks document, a PDF or the
corresponding Microsoft format
(Word, Excel or PowerPoint).

to the folder you would like to

6. Now with WebDav set up when
you create a document on your
iPad you have the option of
copying a document from your
WebDAV folder (server).
