Dear Families:
With the trimester ending this upcoming week, we
will be very busy completing assessments and
showing what we know. I am very pleased about
the progress I have been seeing! Please continue
to work on all of the Word Wall Words we have
learned so far this year. I will place their
assessment of these words in Partner Pads next
week. I would like them to be able to read all of
these words, but learning to write them is also
important.
The Book Fair is Coming...
Please join us November 9th - 20th for our Fall
Scholastic Book Fair. The Book Fair will
be open daily from 9am - 4pm. We will be
open early, 7:45am, for Dad's and
Donuts on Nov. 11th, and open late
on November 17th, staying open until 7pm.
We need parent volunteers to help make our
Book Fair a success! Please follow the link to

Multicultural Day
Looking Ahead
We are so excited to host another Scottish
Corners Multicultural Day! This year's event
will take place on November 12th.
Monday
Performances by Sweet Mountain Sound
and an afternoon sing along with SCE
students!
We are looking for volunteers to teach
lessons with their child/grandchild, prepare
food bites from around the world or
volunteer to help at our international food
tasting table.
