Over 60 new college students enrolled at BC for spring 2013 2. Faculty orientation (a first for BC) scheduled for January 24, 2013 – includes workshops on syllabus development and remotely accessing Mansfield Library resources 3. Mansfield Library to have book delivery and return available at BC starting spring 2013 4. Mansfield Library to have dedicated remote access computer in BC quiet study area starting spring 2013 5. Recruitment for CNA course developer and instructor underway 6. Patty Skinner (BC Operations) developing in-depth safety and security plan for BC in conjunction with Hamilton fire and police; building-wide evacuation and lock-down drills planned for spring 2013 semester 7. Branding Task Force ready to finalize brand positioning statement and identify a logo designer 8. Implementation Plan submitted to Regents (along with other MUS 2-year units’ plans) on January 8, 2013 9. BC hosted monthly Ravalli County Superintendents Meeting on January 17, 2013; primary topic was school safety and security 10. USDA Natural Resources Curriculum Development and Course Delivery grant proposal (Tory and Ralph Johnson, Ravalli County Extension Agent, working on application starting mid-December) had to be put aside as MSU Extension could not commit to collaboration and UM College of Forestry and Conservation could not commit to academic oversight without more time for consideration (grant due date – January 18, 2013)
