Certified personnel within Deer Run Elementary will take into consideration the
developmental age of students as it relates to disciplining incidental behaviors.
Each teacher has a Code of Conduct and a discipline plan. This rubric goes into
effect when Mrs. Rubadue or Mrs. Pawlowski is asked to intervene.
