*Transfer Guide: College of DuPage to IIT BAC in Industrial Technology and Management (INTM) College of Dupage (COD) students pursuing AAS degrees in technical fields may transfer to Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) to pursue a Bachelor’s in Industrial Technology and Management (BINTM). Applicable COD majors include: • Facility Management • Engineering Technology • Electronics Technology • Construction Management • Manufacturing Technology • Electro-Mechanical Technology CD students with at least 60 credit hours applicable and transferable to the BINTM program may apply to enter lIT with junior status. By following the attached transfer guide and course worksheet (Appendix 1) students may earn both the COD AAS and the BINTM in optimal time. IIT will accept a maximum of 68 credit hours from College of DuPage. Students may apply for admission without an associate degree. However, transcripts must be evaluated to assure coursework meets BINTM admission requirements. COD students generally are able to apply up to 31 hours of credit from technical coursework at COD toward the technical coursework requirement for transfer into the INTM program. To apply for admission to IIT, COD students must submit the IIT online application and supporting materials, including official transcripts, by the deadline. It is recommended that COD students have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 out of 4.0. Scholarships: COD students planning to attend IIT on a full-time basis (taking a course load of at least 12 credit hours per term) are eligible for IIT merit tuition scholarships based on cumulative GPA from COD. Advising: COD and IIT will provide advising services for interested students to include model plans (Appendix 1) specific to BINTM.
