Wisconsin Council of Safety, a Division of the
Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce
is seeking a Training Coordinator, in Madison,
WI.
Health Promotion and Human Development
graduates.
In conjunction with the Director of Training and
Products, the Training Coordinator will identify,
evaluate, and support the development and
implementation of training programs that will
serve to attract and maintain new members within
defined strategic priorities.
This position plans and administers training
solutions for organization´s members and
customers through Customized Services,
Open Enrollment, and Sub-Licensee
Agreements
Executes plan for marketing, and sale of
organizations training
Generates sufficient number of programs
and income to meet team goals and financial
position
Focus of this position is on program
planning, marketing, coordination,
implementation and evaluation
Bachelors Degree relating to field, or
equivalent experience
2-4 or more years of business development,
meeting planning, sales management and/or
marketing experience
Occupational safety experience is a plus
Administrative skills for planning,
organizing, and implementing all phases of
training program activity
Ability to work with groups to achieve
program outcomes
Articulate and comfortable as a public
speaker
Ability to write effectively to communicate
with faculty, members and customers
High level of customer service orientation
Strong negotiation skills
Knowledge of direct mail, electronic
mediums and other forms of marketing /
promotion techniques
In-depth understanding of business
development process, and industry trends
Proficient with current technology,
computer systems and business office
applications
