Assist with the investigation and evaluation nonconforming finished product, raw materials, and ingredients. Prepare and distribute Quality Reports. Support DMPS activities through participation. Ensure overall product quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements are met. Become familiar with Quality policies and procedures and assist with enforcement of these policies. Assist in the development and implementation of new quality procedures and policies. Assist Quality Assurance Manager with 3rd party audits conducted at the facility. Assist with the preparation and presentation of the annual Management Quality Review. EDUCATION: YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 4 Year Undergraduate Degree, preferably Food Science or related curriculum.
