Please explain/justify the new proposal or change. One upper-division course was mistakenly included
among the lower-division core courses (PHL 363). One course (PHL 261Y) is being removed and
replaced with the more appropriate (to our minors) PHL 363. One course (LS 151) is being removed and
replaced with CLAS 155, a course which covers more material appropriate to our majors.
