Guest Housing The Department of Residence offers a variety of accommodations and services to meet the needs of university sponsored guests and their families. Guest rooms and apartments are located in two housing areas on the Iowa State University campus. A meal plan in any of the six dining centers on campus is also available during the academic term. Availability: Availability of guest rooms and apartments is determined on a first-come basis. When inquiring about accommodations, please be prepared to indicate the guest’s expected date and time of arrival and date of departure. A one month minimum stay is required in all guest accommodations.
