H A P P Y R E S U R R E C T I O N D A Y !

Happy Resurrection Day! Really now? Why should we be happy when an innocent man was nailed to cross, pierced in his side and died for you and for me. Why should we be happy; when the same people who cried out “Hosanna in the Highest” turned right around and cried out “Crucify

Him” and you are telling us Happy Resurrection Day!

Yes! Happy are those individuals who believe that Jesus Christ is the Risen Lord. The one who told others that he would raise this temple in three days. That is something to be happy about!

Easter is not about the new clothes, egg hunts or bunny rabbits, but it is a time to reflect on the goodness of Our Father and His Son who came to give us life beyond our sight. So yes, we are to be

VERY HAPPY that the Lord has risen, and now, we too have the opportunity to share the

“Resurrection Story” so that others will have the same opportunity to be blessed. So instead of saying “Happy Easter” why not change your words to reflection your beliefs. “Happy Resurrection

Day!

Words of Encouragement

Laughter is to life what shock absorbers are to automobiles.

It won’t take the potholes out of the road, but it sure makes the ride smoother.

Welcome Back!

Wow,   Spring   Break   has   come   and   now   it   is   gone.

It   is   time   to   buckle   down   and   get   ready   for   the   second   half   of   the   semester.

Papers   are   due,   projects   are   stressing   you   out,   and   yet   we   are   trying   to   find   time   to   enjoy   the   rest   of   the   semester.

I   want   you   to   know   that   you   can   enjoy   the   rest   of   the   semester.

   GET   YOUR   WORK

DONE   NOW   AND   PLAY   LATER!

Someone   once   told   me,   “if   you   do   what   is   required   of   you   now   you   can    play   when   you   want   to   later.”   I   found   out   that   there   is   validity   to   that   statement.

So   my   fellow   Panthers,   lets   get   to   work   so   that   we   may   play   later   when   we   have   more   time.

May   the   peace   of   God,   and    your   Creator   give   you   the   wisdom   to   complete   the   things   necessary   to   have   a   successful   semester.

Guess What?

If your heart is in the right place,

What’s Left?

May the Love of

God be with you today and forever more!

A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE … enough money within her control to move out and rent a place of her own, even if she never wants to or needs to…

EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW… when to try harder… and WHEN TO WALK AWAY…

A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE . something perfect to wear if the employer, or date of her dreams wants to see her in an hour…

EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW… that she can’t change the length of her calves, the width of her hips, or the nature of her parents..

A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE a youth she’s content to leave behind….

EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW… that her childhood may not have been perfect…but its over…

A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE . a past juicy enough that she’s looking forward to retelling it in her old age….

EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW… what she would and wouldn’t do for love or more…

EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW… how to live alone… even if she doesn’t like it…

A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE …. a set of screwdrivers, a cordless drill, and a black lace bra…

A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE one friend who always makes her laugh… and one who lets her cry…

EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW.. whom she can trust, whom she can’t, and why she shouldn’t take it personally…

A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE .. a good piece of furniture not previously owned by anyone else in her family…

A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE . eight matching plates, wine glasses with stems, and a recipe for a meal, that will make her guests feel honored…

A WOMAN SHOULD HAVE . a feeling of control over her destiny.

EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW… how to fall in love without losing herself.

EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW… how to quit a job, break up with a lover, and confront a friend without; ruining the friendship…

EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW… where to go… be it to her best friend’s kitchen table… or a charming inn in the woods… when her soul needs soothing…

EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW… what she can and can’t accomplish in a day… a month…and a year…

Dean Lewter would like to wish each and every woman a blessed Women’s History Month.
