PRE-ACCEPTANCE MEETING FOR SEMESTER ABROAD PROGRAMS:
Attending a Pre-Acceptance meeting is considered part of the application process for all semester abroad programs and the
Summer London Internship program. Program applicants - plan on attending one of these meetings before you arrange your
final interview. Meetings will be held from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. in 114 Collins Classroom Center.

PASSPORT PHOTO SESSIONS:
Doug Moore, campus photographer, is available to take your passport photos. The charge for this service will be billed
directly to International Programs and applied your account. Students unable to have photos taken at UWSP must make
arrangements on their own.
After being accepted into your program, you must return the following number of passport photos to the International
Programs office: Britain & Britain Interns (1), Poland (5), Ireland (2), France (2), Spain (3), Marburg (2), Hungary (2), New
Zealand (2), Australia, Liverpool and Mexico (0). One (1) passport photo is required with your passport application.

HUNGARY SPRING 2015 GROUP SPECIFIC HEALTH MEETING:
UWSP Health Services staff will discuss health issues for students studying in Hungary in spring 2015. Non-UWSP
students unable to attend this health meeting on the UWSP campus should consult with their private physician.

WALK-IN ADVISING IN THE INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS OFFICE:
Open advising is offered on Wednesdays from 1-4 p.m. Ask questions about finances, certain trips, credits, and more.
STUDY ABROAD FAIR:
To learn about all of the trips offered through the International Programs Office, attend the Study Abroad Fair. You’ll have the
opportunity to meet with IPO staff, group leaders, and study abroad alumni.
