School of Art Graduate Committee Form

Please complete this form and submit to School of Art office personnel.

After successful completion of the Pre-Candidacy Review (studio) or 50% of credits (art history), select a committee for your thesis exhibition/defense. The committee consists of three or more members: one member serves as committee chair, and one member must be from outside the School of Art. It is required that you meet with your committee at least three times; once following successful completion of the PC Review (studio) or following successful completion of 50% of credits (art history), once prior to thesis exhibition/defense, and once concurrent with your thesis exhibition (while the installation is on display - studio) or during thesis defense (art history). The committee list must be submitted to the School

Director upon its formation.
