Extra Credit Problems
Directions: This extra credit project can increase your overall grade by as much as 10% (One
whole letter grade). To get full credit you must work through all problems correctly and show
ALL your work. Each of these problems are taken from the textbook and are word problems for
which you will need to use concepts we have learned in math 1010. Some of them will be
challenging, you are welcome to use whatever resources you need in order to understand and
solve these problems. Each problem is worth 10 points.
