Call for Artwork Donations
for Arts Bash 2016!
Arts Bash 2016 will take place on Saturday, February
6, 2016. As in the past, the event will be held in
the Noel Fine Arts Center on the campus of UWStevens Point.
Arts Bash is a night of student performances, tastings
provided by area businesses, hands-on activity
stations and an art sale featuring artwork created by
students and area professional artists like you. Our
talented students donate their original artwork to be
featured in the sale, and we would like to invite you
to do the same.
2016
Artists who donate work will receive one
complimentary Arts Bash party pass. Additional
tickets can be purchased at the UW-Stevens Point
ticket office or online at tickets.uwsp.edu.

Guidelines/helpful hints/
what’s new this year:
•
No more than 150 pieces will be accepted. This
limit will maximize the gallery’s ability to display
artwork effectively.
•
Size limit of 48” x 60” for hanging pieces. All
pieces need to be exhibition-ready. (ex: no video,
interactive pieces, etc.)
•
Hanging pieces need to be framed and ready to
hang at the time of submission.
•
Pricing of your piece is up to you; however, it is
suggested that you price your work reasonably
to ensure sale of artwork. Unless you specify
otherwise, gallery staff reserve the right to
adjust prices during and after the sale to
encourage purchases.
