o Allie attended the Curriculum and Education meeting on Monday
o Christine attended WKCSD Board Meeting on Wednesday
o Alexy will be attending the Region 6 meeting in Santa Barbara tomorrow
We decorated our Breast Cancer T-shirts on Tuesday. Thank you for everybody coming
and making t-shirts.
We had our movie night on Tuesday. Thank you to everyone that came. Next week,
Tuesday the 19th, will be another scary movie @ 9:45. Refreshments will be provided.
The Harlem Stars were here yesterday.

New Business:
The Fall Trip is this weekend!
o There will be NO REFUNDS for the trip.
o Make sure you fill out a liability form if you are attending the trip
o We will be leaving at 8:30 a.m. and coming back around 11:30-12:00 a.m.
The Halloween Dance will be October 27th in the Quad from 10 p.m. -1 a.m.
o Need people to help set up at 7 pm. Who is available?
o Desiree, Bri, Baylee, Qianna
o Set up will include: 4 canopies, 6 tables, 20 chairs, snacks, cooler and drinks.
o We need a lot of people for clean up at 1 a.m. If we do not have enough help
for clean up, we will not have another dance this year. We need at least 20
people.
We want everybody to write down their birthdays, so for every month we can celebrate
someone’s birthday.
o We will celebrate birthdays on October 28th at the ASB meeting.
This is the people who volunteered their car for the trunk-o-treat with the day care kids
on the 28th: Juan, Sean, Nicole, Allie, Fiona, Fil
o Anyone else want to volunteer their car?
The pumpkin carving contest will be on Tuesday, October 26th. Anybody else want to
sign-up?
o We still need to figure out a time. 8 a.m.-12 p.m.
o We will be doing it in the quad.
Tonight is the Rib-Eye cookout in the quad at 5 p.m. Tickets are $10. Everyone come for
a fun time. (Sold-out)
Sports/Halloween Rally will be on Oct 22nd (21st) at 12:15 in the quad (unless it rains)

The Oilderado Parade is on October 23rd. The theme is “Best of times” and we want to do
a Taft College Football Team float. We want people to participate and being football
players on the float. We will be setting up the trailer on the morning of the parade.
