Two key system components
Ergonomic, goods-to-person workstations

High-speed Picking and
Packing
The solution is tailored to specific needs via
three different performance optimized ergo
nomic pick stations which execute separate
Picking, combined Picking & Packing, and
Batch Picking operations (for fast movers or
sales campaigns) in the most efficient way.
These three pick stations can be used in any
combination to allow for optimum pick rates
throughout the entire range of fast, medium
and slow moving goods.
Innovative, Highdensity Inventory
AutoStore is the most dense inventory
solution available in the market consisting of
a block of bins stacked next to each other kept
in place by a simple aluminum grid. All bins
are handled by robots navigating on top of the
grid accessing individual bins by lifting and
reshuffling.
Every robot can reach any bin so there is no
single point of failure and goods
delivery can be provided at all times.
The self-slotting aspects ensures the more
frequently picked items remain in the top
grid rows, keeping access times and energy
consumption to a minimum.
Simple Replenishment
and Returns Handling
Replenishment and returns are conveniently
managed by the AutoStore robots accessing
and delivering the respective bins to the
picking stations. In order to optimize the
picking process, either the same picking
stations or separate replenishment stations
can be used.
