Approval of November 12, 2013, minutes. M/S/P to approve minutes. II. First Reading: A. Philosophy 1. PHL – 330 – new course; title will be ““Philosophy of Food: The Dining Experience;” 3 credits; effective Spring 2014. M/S/P to approve on first reading. B. Educational Studies 1. SPE 424/524 – course revision; prerequisite change; effective Spring 2014. M/S/P to approve on first reading. C. Psychology 1. Psychology Minor – program change; waiving PSY 321 as requirements for some majors; effective Spring 2014. M/S/P to approve on first reading. III. Consent Item: None IV. Informational Items: None V. Old Business: 2013-2014 Charges 1. Summary form to accompany large numbers of course changes 2. Aid in implementation of new catalog software. VI. New Business: None VII. Future Business: None 1. Psychology Department suggested a new restriction on the psychology major limiting it to students with less than 75 credits earned. Restriction would require additional advising for those with 75 credits or more before being allowed to declare. Idea was discussed. Proposal may be brought forward in the future.
