The meeting commenced at 11:00 AM.
Kristin Stanley presented data from Equity Adjustment and State Pay Plans from previous years.
The committee discussed options regarding flat-across-the-board adjustments in a fixed amount
or percentage terms alongside the option of allocating a fixed amount or percentage of the budget
for discretionary adjustments made by the Deans and the Provost.
The committee decided to examine data on gender inequity to see if there is a statistically
significant difference across different models.
The committee’s decision needs to be submitted to SEC by March 7th or March 21st, and to
senate by March 10th or March 24th, 2016.
