II. Peru Archaeological Study Tour: Presented by Tim McAndrews. Approved as
presented.
III. Middle East Emphasis in INS minor: Presented Eric Kraemer. Approved as
presented.
IV. Nancy France Summer Program: Proposed by Dan Green; Presented by David
Anderson. Approved as presented.
V. Jason Kouba reported on the outcomes of the first J-term Freshmen Seminar. Four
students have participated in the first seminar.

I. Call to order
II. Cuba Study Tour: Presented by Donna Anderson. The committee recommended
changes to course numbers that could be used for the study tour. Donna will revise the
proposal and submit it for further review by the committee.

Post – meeting update: Donna re-submitted the proposal electronically, which
was approved electronically as well.
III. Internationalization Survey: Presented by David Anderson.
IV. New OIE position request: Presented by David Anderson. OIE needs support with
helping faculty organize study tours and with international internships and exchange
programs.
V. Adjournment
