Survey of Departing Faculty, Academic Staff, and University Staff
This survey is being sent out to faculty, academic staff, and university staff who have recently left
the university in order to find out what concerns led to that departure. The leaders of the shared
governance groups want to understand why people are leaving and what could be done to improve
the quality of environment in which new and existing employees work. We appreciate the
contributions you made to our campus through your work. We encourage your insightful information
and encourage you to be completely honest in your responses. You are free to skip any question
you feel uncomfortable in answering. Your input will help UWL be better and group results will be
summarized for the Faculty Senate, Academic Staff Council, and University Staff Council.
Thank you for your help.
