Thank you for your letter of August 17, z\I2,notifying the Commission on Colleges that
Calhoun Community College has initiated a new off-campus instructional site for the Early
College High School Program, effective Augustz},2012. The College is offering selected
career technical courses at the following location:
Lee High School
2500 Meridian Street
Huntsville. AL 35811
We accept the notification. As you have stated, should you decide to offer 50% or more of a
program at this site, our policies require notification at least six months prior to implementation
and a prospectus for review and approval at least three months prior to reaching the 50% point.
