Course Registration
Students register for courses with their advisor, generally for
a semester at a time, in weeks 4 – 6 of the preceding eightweek term. Full-time students take 4 – 6 courses (12 – 18
credit hours) per semester.
Adds, Drops and Withdrawals
It is possible to drop courses until the Friday of week 2 of
the term. Dropped courses will not appear on a student’s
transcript and tuition will be credited in full. It is possible
to add courses until the first class of the second week, if
instructor permission is secured.
After the drop deadline, it is possible to withdraw from 8week courses until the Friday of week 6, and from 16-week
courses until the Friday of week 12. Withdrawing from a
course results in a “W” grade and a partial or zero refund
depending on the week of the term.
