The following action items were derived from broad-based planning sessions held over a twoweek period in Spring 2015. Through these open planning sessions, Calhoun faculty and staff discussed the four strategic initiatives outlined in the College’s Strategic Plan:

This process encouraged candid discussion and sharing of diverse perspectives. Through these meetings, ideas were collected and prioritized leading to numerous action items to be accomplished during the 2015-16 academic year. All of these action items will lead to improvements in academic, student support, and administrative areas of Calhoun Community
College.
