Web Evaluation Assignment
Do NOT write on the Web Evaluation Handout. You will want to refer back to this throughout
the remainder of this course.
You will be using the Web Evaluation handout to help you determine if two (2) websites are
credible or reliable sources of information.
You will write a justification in which you defend or criticize the credibility and reliability of each
source. Justify your response by citing specific reasons why this source is credible/reliable or
why it is not.

Answer the questions from the Web Evaluation form on a separate sheet of paper regarding this
website.
Website #2 Directions: Choose a topic you are interested in and search for information on this
topic. Select one website from your search. Answer the questions from the Web Evaluation
form on a separate sheet of paper regarding this website. (This site must be an informational
site, giving you new knowledge about the topic of interest.)
Write your justifications. Each Justification should be formatted in the following manner:
a. In the upper right hand corner of your paper write or type the following information in this

b. Begin your justification by writing a thesis statement .
