Think of this course as a survey of mathematics beginning with some of the most fundamental concepts. The intent is to strengthen current knowledge and fill in areas of weakness. Topics include basic operations with integers, rational, and complex numbers; proportional thinking; exponents with scientific notation; polynomial operations including function notation and inverses of functions; rational expressions; radical expressions. Solving/ graphing/writing linear, inequalities, absolute value equations. Transition B This Course is a continuation of Transition A.
