The newest members of the College of Fellows are: • Judith Kunoff, AIA, CCM, FCMAA, Chief Architect of MTA/New York City Transit. • Joseph T. Lawton, AIA, CCM, Senior Vice President and head of the National Construction Management Practice at HNTB Corporation. • Bob Prieto, Senior Vice President of Fluor. • David Richter, President and Chief Operating Officer at Hill International. The four new inductees bring the total number of Fellows recognizes since CMAA’s founding 30 years ago to 58, including six deceased Fellows. In addition to the Fellows induction, CMAA presented these special recognitions at the National Conference: Educator of the Year: Prof. Thais da C. L. Alves, PhD, San Diego State University Outstanding Service: Ray Brady, CCM, MWH; Manuel Garcia, PE, Construction Industry Institute Distinguished Service Award: Bill Lacher, CCM, LEED® AP, Vanir Construction Management Distinguished Owner Award: Kevin Donnelly, PE, New York City Department of Environmental Protection Person of the Year: David J.
