These frameworks have been designed to provide a structured development program for both current
staff and newcomers to the recruitment industry. Employers can use this framework to train their staff to
a level that is suitable for their business needs; this minimalises the reliance on graduate entrants who
lack the experience of a working recruitment environment.
Level 2 Recruitment Resourcing Intermediate Apprenticeship
Entry Requirements: There are no mandatory entry requirements for this apprenticeship framework.
However employers are looking to attract apprentices who have a strong interest in a career in recruitment.

Entry Requirements: There are no specific academic requirements for this framework, but entry could be
from the Advanced Apprenticeship or from an existing career whereby an applicant wishes to extend their
knowledge and progress in their career path.
