The 2011 and 2012 Annual Security Reports included non-campus crime statistics for the St. Joseph Medical Center, 145 North 6th Street, Reading, PA 19601 (under the jurisdiction of the
Reading Police Department) and Sacony Commons Apartments, Normal Street, Kutztown PA 19530 (under the jurisdiction of the Kutztown Borough Police Department). However, it has been
determined that these locations have not met the definition of Clery non-campus geography or any other Clery geography since prior to 2009.

A request was sent to the Kutztown Borough Police Department (KPD) by Kutztown University for 2012, 2013 and 2014 crime statistics. KPD responded with statistics specific to the noncampus location utilized by KU for the years specified.

As of the 2014 calendar year statistics, the Forcible and Non-Forcible Sex Offenses terminology is no longer used due to an updated definition in the Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR). For
2014 and future years, all institutions must report Rape, Fondling, Incest and Statutory Rape as separate sexual offenses.
