TTPD
A Texas Tech Officer detained a non-student following an observed traffic
violation in the 1000 block of Akron Avenue. The non-student was issued a
Lubbock County citation for driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor
and was released. Her vehicle was released to a passenger. See offense report
# 12-0012.
