A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for public intoxication in the
2500 block of Broadway Street. The individual was transported to the
Lubbock County Detention Center, but was refused admittance due to medical
reasons. The individual was transported to the UMC emergency room for
further treatment and relased pending the filing of charges. See offense report
# 11-1061.
