A Texas Tech Officer investigated an assault, which occurred in the Wall
Gates Residence Hall parking lot. A student was struck in the face by a non
student after getting in an argument. See offense report # 10-1799.

A Texas Tech Officer was detained a student, which occurred at Hulen
Residence Hall. The student was released pending the filing of charges with
the Lubbock County District Attorney’s Office for possession of marijuana
and possession of drug paraphernalia. See offense report # 10-1800.

A Texas Tech Officer investigated a burglary of vehicle, which occurred in
the Z5C parking lot. Unsecured golf clubs were taken from the bed of a truck.

A Texas Tech Officer investigated criminal mischief, which occurred on the
2nd and 3rd floor hallways of Weymouth Residence Hall. Three exit signs
were damaged. See offense report #10-1802.

A Texas Tech Officer investigated an accident, without injuries, and duty
upon striking a fixture, which occurred in the 3000 block of Main Street. A
light pole was struck by a vehicle and damaged. See offense report #10-1803
and state crash report #10-1804.

A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non student for public intoxication, which
occurred in the 3000 block of Main Street. The non student was transported
to the Lubbock County Jail. See offense report #10-1805.

A Texas Tech Officer responded to a report by Housing staff of two
intoxicated individuals, which occurred in the Chiwtood Weymouth
Residence Hall 1st floor lobby . Two students were released to a responsible
person pending the filing of charges with Lubbock County Justice of the
Peace Precinct IV for public intoxication. See offense report #10-1806.

A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non student for driving while intoxicated,
following an observed traffic violation at the intersection of University
Avenue and Clovis Highway. The non student was transported to the
Lubbock County Jail. The vehicle was impounded by Lubbock Wrecker

A Texas Tech Officer arrested two non students for public intoxication, which
occurred at Chitwood Residence Hall. The non students were issued a
criminal trespass warning from all Texas Tech University property and
transported to the Lubbock County Jail. See offense report #10-1808.
