School. A custodian was having chest pains. The custodian was transported to

A Texas Tech Officer arrested a student for possession of marijuana,
possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a substance (Steroid) with the
intent to deliver, and possession of dangerous drugs (Vyvanse), following an
observed traffic violation and subsequent traffic stop in the 2500 block of 4th
Street. The student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail and the
vehicle was impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Services. See offense report
# 10-1248.

A Texas Tech Officer arrested a student for driving while intoxicated
following observed traffic violation at 19th Street and University Avenue, and
a subsequent traffic stop in the 1800 block of University Avenue. The student
was transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The vehicle was impounded by

A Texas Tech Officer investigated an accident, with minor injuries, and duty
to stop and render aid, which occurred at 18th Street and Boston Avenue. A
student riding a bicycle was struck by a vehicle in the intersection. The
student was transported to University Medical Center Emergency Room by
Emergency Medical Services. See offense report #10-1250 and state crash
report #10-1251.

A Texas Tech Officer responded to a medical at Hulen Hall. Two students
were reported to need medical attention after consuming too much alcohol.
Emergency Medical Services arrived and the students refused treatment. The
students were issued a Lubbock County citation for consumption of alcohol
by a minor and released. See offense report #10-1252.

A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non student for public intoxication and
evading arrest, following the report of a disturbance by Housing Staff, which
occurred in the lobby of Chitwood Residence Hall. The non student was
transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The non student was also issued a
criminal trespass warning from all Texas Tech University property. See
offense report #10-1253.
