Guard Soto documented a 911 medical emergency, which occurred on the
second floor of the Medical Center, in the Internal Medicine Clinic. A female
patient suffered chest pain and shortness of breath. EPFEMS personnel
transported her to University Medical Center for further treatment. See
incident report # 10-088EP.
