Guard Lucero documented a 911 medical emergency, which occurred on the
first floor of the Medical Center, in the Internal Medicine Clinic. A male
patient experienced shortness of breath. EPFEMS personnel transported him
to University Medical Center. See incident report # 10-038EP.
